I agree with everyone that posted. I think the benefits of this " diet" is the kickoff point to eating healthier, less carby food for me. Carbs are always my weakness. Thanks guys for your imput :)

DVDs. Also, there are some great workouts designed to incorporate your baby into your workout. Check with your local library ! You could design a toy pick up system with your workout...ie. Placing a pile in front of you and with each lunge pick one up.
