Hi Castlefuzz, I am 32 and have had Epilepsy since I was about 16. I also have about 60ish pounds to lose.
-
I can relate, when I was 18 years old. I was about 120lbs overweight. I am now down 45lbs from then. I want to lose another 70ishlbs.

Looks like we are back up. Let me know what you think of the shoes once you get them.
-
When I restarted on MFP I had about 80lbs to lose. Now I have 70lbs to lose. Feel free to add me.

I have the Ozeri ZK17 Epicurean Digital K. It is working very well for me.
-
On Amazon they cost between $40 to $60 depending on the one you choose. It really helped my feet. I have high arches and wide feet so I always have to pick shoes carefully.
-
I saw that as well. I have to lose probably another 20ish pounds before I can even think about doing these workouts plus after a little bit the programs always are cheaper once it is on Amazon. If I can get through BR workouts without huffing and puffing too much then I can think about this program. It looked like a few of…

I have the same shoes Jillian is using in BR. I have KSwiss Tube Runs. Plus they come in different fun colors. I had to buy it on Amazon since stores around me don't carry them.
-
I also found out that I can carry and load the 5 gallon onto the water cooler without any problems. I always freak out my coworkers and clients when I hoist it up. I keep telling them that I can easily handle it.
-
I also recently saw the documentary GMO OMG. I loved watching it and learned so much from it.
-
Congrats on the weight loss!
-
I used to get pain in the arches since I also have a high arch. Once I bought better shoes the pain went away.

Hi Rhianna my husband I are transitioning to eating more organic and non GMO foods. It is amazing in a bad way what has happened to our food supply. 6ish years ago, I developed an intense allergy to corn, which forced me to switch to a lot of organic foods and natural food sources. Glad I don't have the allergy anymore but…

Hello from Illinois. My father is from Turku. Welcome on MFP.

You know what I wish was in these workouts a person with at least a 20lb weighed vest doing all these workouts. Let them feel like how the average person feels during the workout. Maybe I am a little twisted.

I saw you said that you like to eat chicken curry and possibly other curries. I have Indian food about 80% of the time but I cook everything at home so I can control oil, salt, and fat etc... I also eat a lot of either bean or veggie curries instead of chicken or meat. Let me know if you would like any recipes. With carbs,…

I did workout 5 this morning. I think I will do workouts 3 and 4 for a week so I can build back stamina. Workout 5 was way too difficult now.
-
I think I will restart the program on Monday but do the advanced moves instead.

I use a HRM to know the calories burned in my workouts. I still do wear the band during the workout. I manually add the exercise into the Jawbone app and make sure it logs in at the calories I actually burned.

Congrats on losing 40lbs! I have had epilepsy for about 16 years now. My first seizure was when I was a sophomore in high school. I had two seizures almost 16 months ago. I am doing better since then but I was definitely scared to get back to exercising for many months. Talk to your Neurologist and GP and see what he/she…

I am on my second week of Phase 2. I am not following her meal plan either because I still eat the foods I like to eat. I have lost about 5lbs since I started working out.
-
I am doing JMBR as well. You can try adjusting the length of the band you have. Maybe the length is too short but I assume holding dumbbells will also work the same muscles.
-
I have done exactly the same pattern as you. I am also looking to lose about 60-70lbs. Feel free to add me.
-
How much weight are you looking to lose? The right amount of calories partly depends on the amount of weight you want to lose. Also, how long have you been eating 1300 calories? Are you using a heart rate monitor to track the number of calories you are burning through exercise?
-
I am also looking to lose about 70lbs. This is my third time as well. I like to cook a lot so I have found it helpful to keep adding recipes to my database. My viewpoint is I do not want to say that I will never eat this food but I just watch quantities and calories. I still have the foods that I love.

I have a Jawbone Up24. It is a huge encouragement to keep moving. I also use a Polar FT7 to track calories burned during workouts.

Hi Sherille, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was in the 5th grade. I have taken Synthroid (levothyrxine) ever since then. The doctor will probably slowly increase your dosage. For a long time I was on the same dosage (about 17 years). Now, my doctor just increased the dosage by another 25mg. About 5 years ago, I…

You can add me as a friend. :)

I am 5'1 with a thyroid problem. I am looking to lose about 70lbs. Feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me as well. I am 5'1 and weigh 195lbs. My ugw is 115. Four years ago I lost about 60 lbs but now I have gained back 45lbs.
