Just checking in. Its my 4th day on my diet and 3rd day on here. I feel that I am doing well so far. I have made a lot of friends on hete , loving the support!! Thanks!!

My doctor told me its best to not only weigh your self but measure your self to. Also weighing your self every week or every other so you don't get discouraged and to weigh first thing in the morning after you pee.

I had a salad for lunch and I love salads and well the dressing too ;-) but I did put the dressing on the side like they say to but I think you eat more dressing doing that.
