A couple weeks ago I went to Fudruckers, had a huge burger and fries and soda, then at ice cream and cookies. And that's not even all of it. I had about 3,800cals under my belt that day.
-
What do you mean by 'going little over here and there'? I am also on 1,200cal a day but as long as I stay under 1600 then the scale never goes up for me. It might slow my weight loss down a little for like a day or two, but not weeks.

Took me two and a half months to loose 30lbs.

Thanks for you suggestions everyone :)

Its weird because my weight stays the same but I always feel weird and bloated.

I had the exact opposite, an overactive thyroid. My thyroid levels were so high that I had to get several radioactive iodine treatments. I also had a visible goitre. My doctor had me on 18 pills a day. Because of my thyroid I was ALWAYS hungry and never had any energy despite how much I ate. The problem came after the…

MFP > WW Why pay for a weight loss program when there is a better source for free? I have lost 43lbs with MFP and counting. I've tried some weight watchers products and the points system seems kind of iffy. The amount of sodium and carbs in their frozen food is frightening.
-
Probably about 2500-3500cal a day.
-
Yes, I am much less likely to overeat if I already logged everything for the day.
-
I am 5'3" and when I started MFP I was 205lbs, now I am in the lower 160s. You can do it! :)
-
Yeah, I used to eat about 2500-3000cal a day. I used to order pizza and be able to eat the entire thing by myself plus an entire 2 liter bottle of soda and candy or ice cream/brownies.

1)Log everything you eat, even on cheat days. 2)A couple cheat meals will set you back but won't kill you 3)A food scale and measuring cups are an absolute necessity for accurate logging. 4) Consistency is key 5) Drink plenty of water. Giving up on soda and other sugary drinks saves you hundreds of calories and carbs.

It doesn't work. It's just another weight loss gimmick//fad.

You go girl! I'm so glad you spoke up for yourself. There are too many *kitten* in this world who think they can get away criticizing people who are total strangers who they know nothing about. You've worked hard and eating chocolate during that time of the month is something you deserve. Even if you weren't trying to lose…

Awesome! You are doing a great job :)

1) Thighs rubbing Together 2) Not being able top shop at any store 3) Not being able to keep up with my friends when we walk long distances 4) Not feeling pretty 5) Not being able to ear what I want 6) Being picked on by family members "You need to loss some weight"

I really wish I could but I am bus with work and school and I don't have much time to cook homemade chicken breasts.

Corn Bread x.x

It's a scam, don't do it.

After losing about 50lbs, it went from almost no one noticing to everyone noticing. I guess it's because I bought some new clothes.

I weigh myself everyday but I log it every 3-4 days.
-
Yes, if I don't pre-plan then I usually end up eating way too little or way to much.
-
You should always listen to your doctor. Did you tell your doctor about your situation? Maybe they could prescribe you a different anti-depressant that doesn't cause you to eat a lot.
-
Have you tried substituting it with flavored sparkling water?
-
I usually eat 350 calories for breakfast.
-
Awesome! Keep up the good work! :)

It depends on how big the penut butter cup is. If it is standard sized then if you take it out you will be eating 105 less calories. Bite your tongue! Luchables are the best! lol

I usually eat about 8oz-10oz, if I eat it. Since there is a Chipotle next to my job and one right across the street from my home, I eat it alot. I had it for lunch today and it was delicious, I was still under my budget for calories, sodium, and carbs too :) I did have high blood pressure when I was at my heaviest(220lbs),…
