Hating Pictures Feeling slugish all the time Not being able to do fun things because of my weight

93% lean ground beef is the way to go. Only 8 grams of fat per serving. I use it to make burgers, spehgetti meatsauce, meat quesodillas, and more.

There is no way of telling how many calories is in food from a picture. Did you weigh/measure the corn and tuna? What kind of tuna did you use?

I am addicted to lean cuisine's sausage egg muffins. These are delicious and only 220 calories. Maybe you can make your own sauce or buy a sauce separately and add it on to the sandwich?

Yes. Yes. Yes. Trainers help you push yourself and they teach you tons of exercises that you can continue to do even after you stop training with them.

Don't worry, you'll get there. I tried it in August of last year and I couldn't even make it through the first half of the first run. Back then I was 50 lbs heavier though. I just started it again last week and I had to begin at week 3 because it was too easy.

There is nothing wrong with having that kind of food every once in a while....

I usually eat two really big meals (Breakfast and Lunch) then I eat a small snack for dinner. The reason is because I usually work out in the evening and if I am hungry then I feel really weak.

I go over my sugar budget everyday because I eat lots of fruit. If its sugar from processed foods then I would worry but if it is sugar mainly from fruits then you are fine. As long as you are still within you caloric range you should be fine.

You look amazing!

Very much possible. I started out at 220bs back in May and now I am under 150 and I eat around 1200 a day but that's because I am much shorter than you are. The key is to maintain focus, exercise regularly, and measure/weigh everything you eat. Also, remember to have fun while exercising and do activities you enjoy.

I feel the same way. I have been stuck at 150 for the past 2 weeks and thanksgiving definitely didn't help. Don't worry though. You can do it! Just keep pushing through. I remember being stuck at 175 for about 2-3 weeks. I switched up my exercise routines(nothing too much harder, just something different) and switched up…

Waste of effort and waste of money.

I learned that replacing soda with water can save you about 150-250cal a meal.

I am 5'3" and I eat 1,200 on day that I don't go to the gym. When I exercise/go to the gym I eat at least 1,500.

I remember when I used to absolutely love Mountain Dew, I used to drink it all the time. I had a little a couple weeks ago and it tasted really weird to me.

Some people do, some people don't. It depends on you. If you feel like you are still hungry after you work out, then eat back some of the calories you burned. MPF often overestimates the calories burned in workouts so I would recommend that if you eat back some of the calories you burned, eat back only half.

DO IT! Buying a George foreman grill is one of the best decisions I made after I decided to loose weight. I had no time to cook so I would always end up eating a lot of processed foods that were high in sodium. With the forman grill, I can cook chicken breasts within minutes. Not to mention that the grill drains a lot of…

Sounds like the problem is that you guys go eating out together. Have you tried packing a lunch when you are with her so that when she tries to order you food you can show her that you already have food?

I log everything that goes into my mouth, otherwise I'll overeat.

Yep. Having a food scale is an essential part of weight loss.

That's seriously awesome! Great job :)
