Assuming the tuna was packed in water, call it 1 oz of tuna, 2-3 oz of corn, and some celery. Ballpark 70 calories.0

There is no way of telling how many calories is in food from a picture. Did you weigh/measure the corn and tuna? What kind of tuna did you use?0

Are you going to start a new thread for every meal?
I suggest investing in a set of measuring cups, and a digital scale.
You know food has nutritional information on the packaging, yes?0 -

There is actually an app that supposedly does just this. I should download it and take pictures of chili cheese fries from a tall ladder.

This is what your diary is there for-- first weigh out the tuna, then find it in the database and log it. Then repeat with the corn and the celery.0

How much tuna, a whole can, and how much corn, and were any condiments added for moisture.... what/how much? Gotta know this to get an estimate.0

Dear OP, please don't eat the end of that celery, and... add some tuna into that corn relish! Although, I agree, <70 cals.0

(Grumpy Cat would just eat the tuna part, but anyway....)0

It's negative calories. Crushing disappointment is a real workout.0

I would totally put some lite mayo in there to stick it together.0

Why is it on a paper towel? To drain any moisture that may have held it together or just to make it even more unappetizing? Either way, probably around 70 indeed. Next time, place it on a scale instead of paper towel and we'll be able to say with more certainty.0
