Hi Kathy! My name is Kristin and I'm a mom of 4. My kids are a little older but I remember the busy early years well. My kids are 14, 13, 13, and 9. I am a physician assistant and work part time. I'm also a single mom. I am trying to lose at least 35 lbs. It would be great to share the journey with someone.
