It sounds to me like you need more carbs! Have some quinoa or a slice of whole grain toast with your salad. That will help keep your blood sugar stable even once the other stuff is digested and your energy should be more continuous with less hunger spikes!

It's so true!! When I was just going to school my first year and wasn't working, I managed to combine my workout/social life by doing zumba with my friends. It was so much fun, it felt like a girls night out party everyday and it felt good knowing that was how I spent my study breaks. Now I hardly get to do either.

I guess it's not REALLY the same thing, but I do work and go to school full time (undergrad) and it's HARD!!! I haven't been able to get in a workout at all lately and I feel terrible about it. :(

If not at school or work, where do you think most people find someone?? I understand the coworker thing, but I think classmates are different. Classes only last like a semester and then you don't have to see that person everyday if you dont want to anymore.

Good for you! We all deserve a vacation from our lives and our everyday diet/exercise program, but you have to go into it realistically. It's not worth it to throw away everything you've worked so hard for back home. When I go on vacation, I don't expect to keep losing any weight, my goal is just to not gain.
