I recently made a thread almost about the same thing as everyone stated to me no exersice nor food will target select the area you want to lose fat from. just give it time and soon you lose that stubborn belly.(don't quote me on that) :D

Randomly one day got tired of being fat/unattractive and decided to make a change to pursue on joining the military which I was anted to do also...younger brother losing weight and looking way better then me I can't allow that :D

You're right sometimes I get bored doing the same routine every time. google will provide me excellent research on expanding my workout Yeah I'm at the process of looking at target area workouts to at least give it a go :)

unfortunately the gym I attended is small so no gym classes.I only go there cause it's a 5 min walk from my house.I guess I just need to have that mindset of doing it instead of complaining about it.

oh don't worry I have really no body to give me advice on what strength training I should follow but whatever helps me look good and have great strength performance then I'm down to whatever knowledge you can give me :D

you're right when I started my journey I only did elliptical and got tired of just doing that,then I moved to treadmill and liked that better but not I need to incorporate strength within this process I want to be able to run and be graceful like a gazelle and strength of Russian bear! sorry about your boobs :'(

woah this strong lift program you suggested has alot of routine to go though.do you exactly have to go by step by step to get that change also is it possible to be able to do this while having cardio on the same day?I try to do EVERYTHING on the same day.

I know it's just... I kinda diffracted away from how close I am to losing weight and now wanting to look hot haha. but yeah you're right I'm at certain when I get into basic training I'll be transformed :)

really that's a little strength? didn't think of that.I'm surprise someone says that's a lot of cardio.yeah lifting weight not only bored me the death I lose fun,for some reason I love running more then lifting metal haha.Any advice on what strength training I should take?

unfortunately mam I spoke with them on a constant basis not much they can do for me just that once you get down to our weight standards or body fat when we can start the process. I started doing strength training by using my gyms ab crunch machine so far im doing 40 pounds on it and try to do 100 reps everyday when I attend that also goes the same with chin/pull up assist machine I use that everyday it various on the weight I put I got to the point I can do at least 1 pull up without assitance. Yes I notice in the change size of cloths I wear I used to wear 4x now it's down to xl which is to me Super awesome. to be honest if I didn't have a ridiculous fat belly I be more appreciated on my change but I can see my hidden abs which does get me some encouragement.

Yes I said from the start of the post that I do notice the difference,However.... certain areas in my body gives me the mindset I don't.

Thank you sometimes I look and cannot believe myself in that time period I have change. now the hard part is I reach to the point where I stop losing weight and need to go over the hump about it and which I will. I appreciate your kind feedback and take it as more encouragement to help me achieve my pursuit of happiness
