  • I only started using MFP again yesterday, so am not sure how well I've stayed within a certain number of calories. I normally lose on average 1lb a week, so I'm assuming I am generally eating at a deficit. .

  • Yeah seriously; why would I post otherwise? I have over 2 st til my target (middle of healthy range on bmi), so any stall is pretty soul destroying. I'm trying to take this seriously and not be too easy on myself, otherwise what's the point? I will never achieve my goals if I'm lackadaisical!
