  • I drink either irish breakfast tea in the morning or green tea i usually put honey in both. I love mint teas at night.
  • I like the arbonne because it doesnt have the chalky aftertaste that most whey protein has. Also I have noticed that i do have more energy. I am doing 2 shakes a day and a small dinner. I have lost 4 pounds so far .
