  • that says I should be eating at LEAST 1698 a day, assuming i do NO exercise, is that to maintain? so to lose weight i need to net at 1198 a day?

  • There's no doubt that's an amazing transformation, but i'm really sorry I think you looked better before :( Just a little too... iono built? at the end. I think you'l have to work VERY hard to maintain that... it's not very realistic

  • Hi I'm kind of similar. I started my weight loss journey at 176lbs, i'm now 145 but i'm 5' 5.5". I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, about to start level 2. I'd definitely reccommend it!

  • I totally agree with the above. One day a week is enough to totally sabotage a diet. If you want to eat healthily nd lose weight you will do it 7 days a week. That's what I've found anyway. Even if I was still losing weight, think how much MORE you could lose whtout that bacon and nachos, and ultimately all that junk food…

This is kind of embarrasing but the reason i want a gap n my legs so much is i tend to find in the summer when i'm hot, if i'm wearing a dress and bare legs, they rub together and et sore. I'm not fat enough to feel like I should get friction burns from my own legs!! But I REALLY want to go bare legged…
  • Thanks mumma I agree. Its not like injury sore. Just... sore like my muscles have been working. Definitely feel like I want to walk it out though, might head to the gym for a walk tonight or just go out at lunch. We'll see!

  • Am I right in thinking level 1, 2 nd 3 are all just one workout, but you do level 1 10 times, level 2 10 times etc? I've found level 1 on youtube so can I just do that 10 times? Or is level one 10 different workouts and I'd need to buy the DVD?
