Is fruit unhealthy?
So amoungst veggies and salad today (all home made with no dressings) today i've eaten... a slice of honeydew melon 6 strawberries 2 plums a small pack of raisins a small handful of red grapes a baking apple Will that make me fat? How do you know what your TDEE is?
Am I right in thinking your TDEE is the amount of calories your body needs and will burn purely to exist. Like say I ate 1200 calories a day... my body would burn 1200 just by being alive? How do I work out what that is?
