How to use my last 538 cals!

Hi People,
so I have 538 cals left for today (have planned meals ahead) but I am over my sugar limit for the day as I have had 2 pieces of fruit and some stuff (my diary is public so take a look). What could I eat that would fill in my calories and not crank up my sugar/carbs much more?

Cashew Nuts (if you have spare fat to use up) - should help for some of it 100+ calories per 20grams.0

I generally take little notice of the carb/sugar limits and just aim to be under my target, and have averaged 1.5lb/w (which is what i have mfp set at) loss for 5 months
So when I have a couple hundred calories left at the end of the day thats usually cue for me to have some peanut butter on toast.0 -
Do not worry about your sugar intake, as simple sugars are found in fruit in high amounts, and then in complex foods like pasta and rice. focus more on meeting your fibre intake
