I feel far away again...

Hi Everyone,

So I've lost 31lbs (woo!) and really am happy with this, but I took a break from dieting and have succesfully maintained the weight loss which is really good. When I stopped I knew I wasn't quite at my goal but I kept thinking to myself, I was actually happy at 147lbs (my current weight), but now I'm realising I had my original goal for a reason, and I'm still not happy with my body and really would like to lose the last 20-25lbs. I feel that this would sort out the extra fat I have on me and make me look a bit more dainty. For a woman I still feel quite hefty at 147lbs.

So if anyone has any tips/encouragement it would be much appreciated. I lost the original 31lbs with the Dukan Diet and do not want to go back on this again. I am trying to cut dairy out my diet to see if it is the reason I've been having so many stomach problems so tbh I'm pretty much a vegan at the moment! Anyway I want to use MFP to lose the next 20lbs so hopefully I'll be around here quite a lot!!
