  • I agree - you can't go wrong eating natural fruits and vegetables. My only advice is to eat those high in fiber! Like apples, oranges, and berries. Stay away from grapes - they are all sugar!!

  • You just answered your own question! :) I too have hit this wall before. The key is making your body do things it hasn't done before! I make sure I never use the same exercise equipment twice in one day, and every night I do a different class. Go try something new and you're bound to see a loss! Best wishes! :)
