GoPerfectHealth, I agree with you. I think that I may aim for the 1400 range. It seems more practical for me. I am 5'9 and want to lose 2 lbs/wk. 1250 is what MFP is allowing me. It sounds like you are taking a BodyPump type of class. Look under the cardio. It is listed as les Mills BodyPump. I would log 30 minutes if you are doing an hour just based on not knowing exactly how many calories you are burning. Just my two cents.

I like to try to make my own but sometimes have to rely on the frozen dinners. I purchase Amy's, Cedar Lane, or Healthy Choice 100% Natural. I at least feel a little better about them not being so processed.

Congratulations on the 15 pounds!!!! I love to have something other than water with my lunch as well. I like the Ice Sparkling Waters. I am not a fan of other types of flavored water but these have a little carbonation and don't taste weird at all. The cherry limeade and the orange mango are my favorites.

Kale and Nutritional Yeast. I know that it sounds gross but b/c I eat so much cheese, substituting the yeast gives it a parmesan cheese taste. I am now adding a good balsamic vinegar to it as well. Adds wonderful sweetness.
