Hi Everyone...I started the 30 day program this week and had the first cleanse day yesterday. Made it through that. I have had awful headaches and I normally don't get them. I also caught a cold so this week has been a little tough. I really love seeing the commitment and progress that you all have made. It's inspiring.

Hi, I have been more successful if I track ahead of time and put the food in my lunch bag as I log it. If you track ahead of time, you are more likely to stay on your plan because you have thought it out and your choices are not spontaneous. Put together quart size baggies of veggies ahead of time to throw into your lunch…
