that actually looks great!

Yea, I know plenty of women who have 3-4 kids and their tummies look better than mine....I only have 1 baby.

I am not going to debate something to strangers over the internet about this. Sorry I even brought it up.

They did in fact my dear. Large meat servings and a sedentary lifestyle. We saw clients like that everyday. Once they were eating consistently and balanced, they did start to lose weight. I am only describing what I noticed in the center. They thought they were making good choices, but did not bother that really look at…

Actually, I have to disagree with this. I worked at Jenny Craig (I know, I know, don't bother lecturing me) and more times than not, ppl who were very obese (50 plus pounds to lose) did in fact only eat 1-2 small meals a day. Skip breakfast, a salad with meat and bread for lunch, and same for dinner. They were not binge…

After my pregnancy (I had a big belly, birthed a 9 lb 11oz baby) I used topical vitamin c on my tummy. I did help. I cannot remember the name but it had a carrot on the lable, found at Target. I also heard that Bio-oil can help too. The vitamin c will help to rebuild collagen and make your skin tighter.

I will let my husband know! He needs to start working out again anyway!

. You can cuube the potatoes and boil them, when they are just about cooked, take them pout of the pot and place them oin a dry towel, when they reach room temp, put them into a freezer bag and save them for a later date.

This! and why spend the money on something that you can do manually! (for HR that is)

Yes, most likely you are losing fat and gaining muscle. Measure yourself and don't become consumed with the number on the scale. Keep it up!!!!
-
I agree. When I was 150 pounds I was in a size 4, and had 19.2% body fat. Do not let the number on the scale be the only number you look at. Measure yourself and buy a bady fat checker. They are like 40$ on amazon....Omron bodyfat handheld checker. They are not 100% correct, but it will give you a good idea of where you…

I would not lose sleep over 22 cals if I were you. Do 2 minutes of jumping jacks and there you go! Burnt off 22 cals.

and how is "paleo", "low-carb", etc.. not "fad" terms? Most ppl on here are on a "fad"- like diet.

I am in the same boat. Drinking has affected my weight loss. I did not realize how many empty calories are in alcohol. 7 calories per gram, almost as much as fat calories! I have said several times on here that it is just not worth it when you are tring to reach your weight loss goal. Try your best to just stop, and the…

I want to look hot again! Before the baby, I worked out all the time (I worked in a gym). I gained 59 pounds during the preganacy and I have only lost 22 of those pounds. And I want my husband to look at me and say DAMN! I know trivial, but I am just being honest.
-
wow!!!!!!
-
I think you look pretty good! Keep it up and don't get down on yourself! It takes time, and I think it is safe to assume that they guys you are referring to did not get that way over night.

and spaghetti squash is good too!
-
an easy way to get the veggies in is to juice them. I like to do 2 cups of spinach (or kale) with a Fuji apple, It is very good and a quick way to get the veggies in until your palate changes. Let me clarify, I do not juice to try to loose weight, it simply helps me to get in more veggioes.

for me 10-12 lbs per size
-
oh my, me too! I have made the choice today that I will not drink anymore until I reach my goal. To be honest, it has gotten a bit out of control and my health and weight is suffering. I am going to be selfish, I want to look a certain way and alcohol is not worth it to me anymore. Write a list of what you want and what…

or donate of course!

BURN THE BOAT! Throw them all out!
-
Yes! I am 5'7, not very tall but taller than average, and I weight 171, but look around 150. When I was 150, I looked 135! 150 is my goal.

Eating clean just means that you eat whole foods, no prepackaged heavily preserved product.

it does sound like ur cals are a bit high. go for 1400. I am in the same boat (I thought I wrote this post for a minute!!) I still have 25 lbs to lose 5 months pp. I started w/o 3 weeks ago and keep going up and down on the scale, but I look better. All I can say is to keep going, it can take as long as 6 weeks to notice…
-
I have a 5 month old, add me if you want! I gained 59 lbs during pregnancy, and I still have 25 to go!!!!!
-
I can't agree more! It drives me crazy when I see ppl on here weighing their food, what the **** does that have to do with anything? I do have to say though, that calories are not created equal.....50 cals of bread will not help you in any way, as opposed to 50 cals of veg/fruit. I think ppl should focus on whole foods, a…

hahaha, just woke the baby up I am laughing so hard!

I mean to say that you could be replacing 1 lb of muscle for 1 pound of fat. I know muscle does not weight more, need to think before I type!
