No it comes with mini rolos already in it! It's the official Rolo ice cream flavor. (I assume it's what Santa's elves are doing the rest of the year, putting rolos in ice cream). I "mine" them out and save them till the end. It's like getting 2 treats :D

I got mine eating full on rolo ice cream 3 days a week, and some other "dirty food" the other 4. I fit in a treat every day :)

Just tell your family you want to try it for a week. Test it out and see if you like it (you might not even like it). If they give you *kitten* just make puppy dog eyes and ask why they're being mean and unsupportive :D . Good luck, I wouldn't last 2 days :)

Saw the post about this on the main boards, what a great idea! I'm Erroll, getting my workouts back up to speed after being sick and recovering from an injury. I'm shy, so much more of a lurker, but love the idea of this and find it motivating. Good luck to everyone :)

Well "clean eating" has nothing to do with weightloss. Weightloss is 100% about a calorie deficit. Without that you will not lose weight. It's that simple. My advice would be to use that determination that lets you force yourself to eat clean, and use it instead for maintaining a deficit. You need to find an eating style…

^^ all good answers. You know yourself best. Just a matter of doing what you think will work best for you. Having a back up plan (or 2) in case plan "A" starts to cause problems is probably a good idea. Great work on your recovery and hard work so far :)

I have power block pu's (poly urethane). They are fantastic. That plus an adjustable bench that inclines and declines.

I prep a months worth of dinners and freeze them. Saves tons of time! If I had a bigger freezer, I'd probably try for even longer and or do lunches as well.
