Here is my favorite Smoothie recipe: 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Syntha 6), 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 6 oz. carbmaster yogurt (kroger's) 1/2 cup skim milk. A total 26 grams of protein! and only 305 calories!!

A friend of mine told me about this site, since I am a fitness insstructor, people are always look up to me for advice on healthy eating and fitness in general. I decided to the site for a week, and see how it goes for me and them let others know! I love carbs, I hope that this will help me keep them under control!!
