  • I just started using Jillian Michaels Killer Butts and Thighs. The description on the DVD sounds like it's just for this. I've only done it twice so far and IT IS A KILLER! I am hoping for the best! Last summer, combined with swimming almost daily, I was doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, Tae Bo and Julianne Hough…
  • 'To avoid this problem, I try to plan my workouts at the beginning or end of my day when my hair doesn't matter...I do try to avoid messing my hair up or getting too sweaty in the middle of my day to avoid having to stop my day to shower and dress all over again. I will plan on starting next week (I have some mental block about starting somthing on Thursday!). I have to get up early in the morning to do it, so I've got to get my mind right. I WILL DO IT.
  • Thank you so much. I will review my sodium intake and drink a lot more water. That could very well be it. I am at 3 weeks away from when I wanted to hit my goal, and it's not looking good. I'll have to really buckle down and see where I can make those changes.
  • That is exactly what I do. I work out at lunch, and don't eat before I go. I always weigh before I start my workout.
