I punked out this last week and only did 4 days. Week 1 I did 5. I lost 3 pds week 1 and this week only lost 1. I just didnt have any energy after working SF Outlands Music Festival. Week 3 I am scared but I plan on doing 5 straight days no rest! I will let you know how it goes. Anyone finish Day 1 yet? :huh:

Yes I did 30 Day Shred it was brutal! Or so I thought until I did Ripped in 30. I gotta have my rest day or I can't continue doing anything. I actually miss Shred because although it was challenging it definitely gets you toned and builds your endurance up!

I would suggest you get a stepper. And start off with Gin Miller's Everybody Steps! Its a great beginner step workout that you will truly enjoy.

Yes cooking for one does suck!! I use a lot of the frozen entrees. I suggest using Kashi because they have a lot of natural ingredients that dont have a lot of sodium and other crap like Lean Cuisines, Watch Watchers, and other Eating Right meals.

I just had the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Breakfast Wraps today. They are so good and you get two per serving. The sodium is only 560!!

Yesterday was quite a workout plus I did it after doing too Biggest Loser Power walks. One with weights so I was so ready to throw my weights out the window during Ripped in 30 but I didnt!! Today is a rest day but I really wanna just get it out the way so I can relax the whole weekend.

I have tried it a few times it gives you a great boost of energy! I would buy it but I have been trying to get through my workouts on my own gusto and so far so good!! When I get to a point where I really wanna kick it up a notch with workouts I may use it again.

I love both but did hurt my knee doing shred. I was really pushing myself and maybe went too far for a beginner and hurt my right knee. I had a lot of pain just walking and going up and down stairs. Drinking lots and lots of water has helped when the cravings hit. Also if you get lots of protein and fiber throughout the day and snack between meals and after dinner you won't be hungry at all.

Pills are not a lifestyle change they are a quick fix and even if you do lose the weight once you stop taking them you will gain it back.
