I'll try that. I try to eat my calories, but I've never eaten very much to begin with. I have started snacking a couple times a day, but I will definately eat a little more for a couple days.

I honestly think that it's how you change your diet. If you eat junk food and drink sodas then stop.. yes.. I think you can. But if you are already on a pretty healthy diet it will be tough. Just make sure you are eating like you should! Just choose healthy options! Good luck!

Its easy on here. For example, I'm grilling Tilapia for dinner tonight, so you go to Food, then search "grilled tilapia" and it comes up and you click on it to add it to your journal. SUPER easy.

It really helps if you make your diary public to friends. That way you are held accountable for the calories you take in. Welcome! I'm new too!

Skinny Denise is absolutely right. ALWAYS eat BREAKFAST! It kickstarts your metabolism. I never used to eat breakfast either... if you are watching you calorie intake, I eat boiled egg whites for breakfast. They are only about 17 calories each. WELCOME! Today's my first day too!
