  • Victoria, I'm Kayla. I am also an emotional eater. I have found, though, that if I keep healthy things in my house, and at work, if I get emotional, it's okay if I decide to eat something.. because it's healthy. I keep almonds and string cheese at work, and suprisingly, it helps!
  • I make this recipe alot, but with mine, I use cajun seasoning. My husband is like just about every manly man.. he wants FAT and MEAT.. so I have to make it fun for him to eat. He doesn't even know its low in calories!
  • get up and do something!! that always makes me feel better! And eat fewer carbs.. carbs make me feel heavy, and yucky... especially during summer months.
  • Slowly add your calories back.. but be sure to add HEALTHY calories back.. at night, throw in a piece of chicken if you eat meat.. You gradually need to get back up to at least 1200 calories a day.. but not all at once, or you will gain weight back fast!

  • You definitely need to eat more. If you don't your body goes into starvation mode, which is when it hoards all of the fat and doesn't allow you to lose any. You don't have to eat full meals.. just have a couple of snacks a day, like almonds or cheese, and make sure you eat three times too!! Good luck!!

  • I noticed that you don't reach your caloric intake goals often. You should do your best to reach those daily.. drink more water too.. at least try to get 8.. i have a very hard time with that one.. and cut back on the processed foods... Thats hard too, but it's worth the effort! Good luck!

  • I am usually off, sometimes by alot when I work out really hard. Always try your best to meet your caloric intake totals but if you're off every now and then it's no big deal. Just keep trying!!
