It just depends on how sick I am. If I'm starting to feel well enough to get out of bed, eat solids and move around well enough, then yes I do. Working out usually makes me feel better, anyways. Hope you're well.

Yeah, I log each separate thing that was in the meal. Including the amounts of oil I might have used. Doing it as a complete meal is definitely inaccurate.

Every bit counts. I find it would be tough to log 3 onion slivers. However, with veggies that are higher in calories, like carrots, I wouldn't miss an entry on that. Even if it's just one little baby carrot.

When I can't get it in with a full meal, I grab a quest bar. 20g of protein, quick. Especially when I'm either doing high intensity training, or if I just feel like cookies. Since I break up the bar and throw it in the oven. Makes 4 cookies. Feels like dessert.
