:smile: Thanks everyone. I don't get on the site much but it's great to know it's here when I need you. The first month has shown some great results. Isn't the first 10lbs always the easiest. I had some out of town business trips that got me off my exercise routine, just getting back on board right now.

:smile: Just found this site and I'm about a week into a new lifestyle of eating and living. My motivator is my kids. I'm happy with me, I just want more energy and be able to really enjoy life, and if in doing that I look better than of course I'll like that too. Thanks.
