  • My problem is not really that I am hungry, but if I ever sit down after 8 pm to watch television I fall asleep.....drives my husband insane...the only way I can stay awake is to eat popcorn. I buy the lite versions so the calories are not that bad, and I always have room in my daily allowance for it.
  • For the first time I had a Jimmy Deans D-Lights Canadian Bacon Honey Wheat Muffin, and a cup of coffee of course. My daughter has been eating these muffins for a couple of weeks and I finally decided to try one, I have to say it was pretty good. Normally eat Quaker Oatmeal or Special K Vanilla/Almond Cereal with skim milk.
