  • I started 04/01/2013 and lost 9lbs my first week. the 2nd week I lost 4lbs..which is 13 total. My weigh -in is tomorrow. I hope I am down another 4 or 5lbs.
  • ONE PACK OF PLAIN REGULAR FLAVOR QUAKER OATMEAL WITH ONE TEASPOON OF CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER MIXED IN WHILE IT'S STILL BURNING HOT. IT'S ALMOST LIKE A COMFORT FOOD FOR ME. IT IS VERY FILLING AND IT TASTES DELICIOUS IF YOU LIKE PEANUT BUTTER. GOOD PROTEIN.
