very late checking in, but sadly no loss in sight. it's a tough week here with Halloween, rehearsal dinner and wedding for my son. time to just enjoy and work hard to not go too far overboard. health boot camp to follow next week! Happy Halloween to all!! Joyce

I'm right there with you! No time for coddling, no need for daily stroking. Just trying to connect a little and use a new tool to help me get back to my healthy weight. Only about 10 lbs to loose, but it gets harder every time I lose them! Add me if you please.
