  • I do the same thing. One package of peaches and cream and one package of strawberry mixed together. I was never much of an oatmeal person but this is really good and I'm full until my next meal rolls around.

  • I usually bring Healthy Choice Cafe' Steamers (normally around 250 calories each) and a small container of fruit or raw veggies to snack on throughout the day. Works well for me and I'm never snacky when I get home.
  • Hi. I use to lift heavy (325 lb bench) but that was 15 years and 50 pounds ago. I have a bad lower back but I've recently started lifting again, just doing lots of reps now, not a lot of weight.
