Are most of the people who experience success upping their calories running and/or lifting heavy? I don't have access to a gym and can't run b/c of joint issues, but I do walk 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week and add in 1 or 2 dvds using hand weights. Is mine light activity or moderate? Congratulations and well done!!!
