Nom Nom Paleo, and Mark's Daily Apple both have great recipes. There are also tons of cookbooks out there and other blogs. You can message or friend me if you want some tips. I've just converted all the way to primal/paleo eating this year and have been figuring some things out, I'm happy to share.

Same here. I can't help it - I tend to blow them off. And I don't think anyone has ever tried to turn the handshake so their hand is on top...I'm going to have to pay more attention. Usually when someone gives a dead fish, I try and detach as quickly as possible.

I just woke up and realized I never posted my completion last night...the horror! Because I did 175 sumo, plie (sp?) And straight squats. My new personal best number! I good I can move enough today to do Wednesdays challenge :)

I'm 5'5" - pretty much everyone is taller than me! 5'9" isn't short...whoever told you that was full of crap! ETA: I've dated guys who were a LOT taller than me, and slightly shorter than me and exactly my height. It never changed how I felt about him. Don't let this one chick give you a complex.

I use my cell phone as my music player, but other than that, I don't use it at the airport or at the gym. It's a rule for me - I hate to be THAT person who's got to yell to be heard over announcements or loud music. And I also hate hearing one side of a conversation! They're my new love! And I do all flavors...straight, sumo...with weight, without weight...*sigh* They pretty much are the answer to everything, including why I am having a hard time getting up and down out of my office chair today.
