  • hmmm just googled pepper craving and it says that you must have a defiency of chronium picolinate. Chronium is found in corn on the cob, apples, sweet potato, tomatoes and brocolli. Maybe tomatoes with pepper on them? :wink:

  • cut into chunks, cut a very slices of onion, mix with a sprinkle or two of olive, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and put in a 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes. YUM

  • I've used the Leslie Sansone Walk off Pounds DVD. I do the 4 fast miles one. It takes about 55 minutes. I was walking outside, but it is way too hot here to do that. It seems like the time goes by fast. Good luck!!!!!

  • I've lost 30 since the first of April. Have been doing the South Beach. I'm now in phase 2 - but mostly just have been eating healthy and watching calories. I'm having to think of this as a life change.... not a diet with an end :wink:
