Small goal
Today I reached one of my small goals I have lost 45 lbs. Kept staying around the 42-43-44 mark for a couple of weeks, but for the last couple of days, my scale (bless it's heart) has been showing 45 lbs lost. I am 12 lbs from my goal. I can't believe I'm so close. THANKS MFP!!!!

I FINALLY came out of the 160's. For weeks have been begging the scales to say less than 160. :grumble: Today it made me happy and read 159.0 :happy: Maybe only a fluke and will go back up tomorrow--- but today I am happy!!!!

What do you do when you blew all your calories on lunch and breakfast. Went to lunch with friends at work and ate more than I had planned - therefore I don't have any calories left for dinner :frown: Do most just not eat at dinner if they used all their calories for the day? Thanks

belly fat
Anyone know how to reduce your belly (besides crunches on the floor?) I'm losing but it seems the belly is not going away:mad: I do a walking video - 4 miles in 55 minutes... but it doesn't seem to help that area. Thanks!
