Anyone know how to reduce your belly (besides crunches on the floor?)
I'm losing but it seems the belly is not going away:mad:
I do a walking video - 4 miles in 55 minutes... but it doesn't seem to help that area.
Thanks!

try tightening your abdominal area while walking to your video. Do it for a quarter mile each mile. It's kind of like doing reps...w/o being on your back. If you do it correctly you will deffinatley feel it the next day!0

there is no way to target fat loss. Crunches don't work any better then anything else, as a matter of fact, crunches probably don't work as well as a good cardio routine. See, fat comes off in the order of the easiest fat to lose to the hardest. So it all depends on your body, and how old the fat is. Crunches and other ab workouts will tone the muscles under the fat, but they don't help reduce that fat any more then other exercises, the same goes for your thighs, hips, butt...etc. Not saying don't do core workouts, I think they are VERY important, just don't expect them to do anything special for fat, they are for strengthening the muscle that's under the fat, so when the fat is gone, you will look more toned.0

Crunches will make the ab muscles under the layer of fat nice and tight, but only Cardio will help fight the belly fat.
