I am new to this site and love it!!!!
Before I started losing weight, I went to the Dr. My bloodwork came back with high sugar level and high clorestrol. He put me on a 1200 calorie diet and told me to do some sort of exercise an hour a day, 5 days a week.
Since I've been on here, I see where everyone says to eat the calories you gain by exercising. The Dr. didn't say anything about it. Is that a common thing and he assumed I would know to do that? I usually gain about 340 calories back each day from exercise and just don't want to undo what I've already done. Is that what most people do that have been on here for several months and do you still lose weight.
Thanks for any input.

Yes, that is what most of us do, and yes, we lose weight doing it!
The exercise is all part of it--it helps gets your body in shape and keeps it working great. but you need to provide fuel for your body and not eating your exercise calories leads to too few calories being eaten, which is a bad thing!0 -
