I was really worried about starting HHA (because I'm as uncoordinated as they come and I haven't had a great track record with dance workouts), but I'm in week 2 and LOVING it. This Shawn T and this workout made me believe I can do it... and I AM! Wewt!

Both my husband and I are doing the Herblife Advanced program and love it. Together, we've lost 15 pounds since we started and feel fantastic! I love the Herbalife line of shake-mixes and personalized protein powder. Tastes great, it's not gritty, and it isn't loaded with sugar like some of the others I've tried.
