Ballpark food has changed a lot over the years, it's not just hot dogs and nachos anymore. You may find something lighter or even some barbecue.

It depends on how they make you feel. A bunch of carbs, particularly "junky" food carbs, will make me feel lethargic but also will make me crave more junk. Even though I can budget Cheetos into my daily calorie goal, I won't feel as good as if I spend those calories on protein.

I like to sautee chicken breast chunks in a skillet with some olive oil and salt and pepper. It's surprisingly good given how simple it is. Cheese sticks and hard boiled eggs are good to keep on hand for quick protein. Greek yogurt can also be a good choice.

50f with 50 pounds to lose (am already down 110 pounds). I've been plateaued out for about 2 years now and I'm ready to take off the rest. I could really use an accountability partner or two!
