If I really want it I just eat it. I just don't do it often. If I get a craving for something sometimes though, I tend to think about how hard I worked to get off the weight I have lost already and I don't want to have to work that hard to lose that same weight over again.

The only problem I have with being short is needing a chair to reach things. Other than that, as far as weight loss, I don't feel like my height really has much of an effect on how much I lose or how fast I lose it. Weight loss is weight loss.

I like doing Crunch Pick Your Spot pilates. Also I agree that reverse crunches help. I know my lower stomach gets really sore from doing the reverse crunches. Even if it isn't technically doing me any good on getting rid of lower stomach fat, it makes me feel like it does and it is still exercise, so it isn't wrong no…

Personally I would have the Stays in Mexico Quesadilla and a Cesar salad without the blue cheese and croutons myself. Mostly because I like quesadilla's, especially the chicken ones.

I incorporate sugar into my calories and I have had no problems with it. I am still losing weight and have lost 27 lbs in 126 days. I'd say I am keeping my sugar.

You are an amazing inspiration for those of us who those days when it seems it will never happen. Awesome job and thank you for posting and being so positive.

I would if it didn't cost 5 bucks for a loaf of bread, and 40-60 bucks for ham and so on. When somebody else is willing to pay for me to eat these things I will be on board full steam ahead. Until then, organic is out. Not everybody is made of money.

The deficit that it shows is only a subtraction of the calories you consume from the calories it shows being burned for normal daily activities. I thought it meant that was the deficit you were suppose to have. It really doesn't mean anything. The more calories you eat the less the deficit will be. Subtract your calorie…

I eat things in moderation, yep I said moderation. You have every right to do things that work for you and in a way that makes you happy. It is wonderful that you have lost as much weight as you have and that is more than commendable and you should be proud of yourself. No doubt about that. But, you don't get to tell other…

Brag away! You deserve it.

You have to do what you think is best for you but for me personally, I don't think I would have been sticking to this diet as well if I had cut things out that I love to eat. I eat whatever I want but I don't let it go over my calories. I just eat less of what I like. That in mind, I tend to skip over things if I feel like…

Definitely call the police if it's in person. Online stalking, that is what the block button is for.

Yes and it drives me bananas every time even though I know what is causing it. The good news is, it has a lot to do with water weight and as soon as I am close to being done with it, it starts to come right back off in no time. I would love to tell you not to let it get to you because you can't do much about it, but it…

This right here. I don't like things with a lot of steps that I cannot keep up with. I wind up feeling awkward and quitting because it doesn't feel like it's doing me any good.

I use to watch my macros until it started driving me nuts and upsetting me every time they went into the red. My carbs never went over, my protiens I was never really worried about and when I exercised, the fats and sugars would go back to green. So I don't really pay much attention to those now. I do watch the sodium and…

I won't miss any of them. I will replace them with new things at a smaller size. I have already had to get a few new items and I was very excited by the smaller sizes. I can now shop for clothes without worrying as much that they don't have cute things my size.

I just use butter flavored pam or a similar cooking spray and I love it. No calories, no sodium, no fats. Food just slides right off. I use butter on maybe potatoes and toast, ect. But to cook with I prefer the sprays.

I do my exercises about a half hour to an hour after dinner every night. Around 7 or 7:30 pm. I am in bed by 11:30 pm. I sleep like a log and it seems I lose more that way. It may not work like that for others but it works for me. I lose when I work out in the morning but it doesn't seem to show up on the scale as much. My…

It doesn't matter when you walk. What matters is that you are doing it. The same amount of calories are burned no matter when you do it. I prefer to do it after breakfast but if I don't feel like doing it at that time, I do when I feel like it.

I never went to counseling. I just got determined to stop letting myself get in my own way. I don't know about anyone else but I found any emotional issues or bad feelings about my weight never came from other people. Nobody ever said a word to me. It was me putting myself down, nobody else. It was me with the negative…

I am so glad to hear you aren't following this. I don't even pay attention to my carbs. I end up burning off what ever I go over on anyway and I rarely go over on them.

You don't have to cut anything out. I mean if you had to, I would say energy drinks because most are either loaded with sugar and\or a ton of sodium. They may give you energy for a short period of time, but when it wears off, you crash and feel so tired you could fall asleep anywhere. At least that is how it works on me.
-
Wouldn't have it any other way. It's my me time when nobody messes with me. NO asking me where things are or stopping to talk because they know I will lose my count and that bugs me to death. I don't like distractions.

People who are not dieting, telling me I should take a break from it and live a little. They say you have lost a bunch of weight already and you don't want to get too skinny because that looks sickly. I am sorry but taking breaks got me in the mess I am in to begin with and I don't want to live a little, I want to live a…

You get out of starvation mode by eating more. Your body is struggling to keep whatever nutrients you are consuming. It sounds crazy but weight loss doesn't mean food loss. It means watching what you eat and staying within your calorie goals and getting at least 30 minutes of cardio in a day or at least 5 days out of the…

Never touched them. Some carbs and fats are good for you. As with anything, moderation is the important part. I never subscribe to anything that tells you that you can't have them .....except in the instance of some illness that requires it. Self control and moderation is all you need.

I use country crock churn style. It's 60 calories a tablespoon and most times I don't need a whole tablespoon anyway. Except on baked potatoes. That is just they way it is :D

Coffee and protein. I find a few minutes after I have eaten some protein, I tend to perk up quite a bit.
