It isn't pizza without the cheese. That would be equivalent to bread sticks and marinara sauce to me. When I want pizza I eat pizza. Just be careful what you put on it. 2 slices of Papa John's pizza is like 600 calories and it has cheese, mushrooms and black olives.

No, I don't do a low carb diet. I watch my fats as sodiums as best I can but basically, I eat whatever and as long as I am in my calorie goals and at a deficit, I don't worry much about it. Exercising regularly also has helped quite a bit but I don't go crazy with it.

You have to love yourself before anyone else can. You are the one who teaches people how to treat you. So if you want them to treat you a certain way, you have to be willing to take steps to treat others the way you want to be treated.

I have lost about 14 lbs in a month and a half. Sometimes I eat more, but I am always at a deficit so I don't worry too awful much about it. I allow for things that I don't eat normally to be added to my calories and as long as I am not going over my calories, I don't worry much about it. I am not going to quit everything I love to eat because it isn't "healthy" food. Life is meant to be lived and if you are miserable, it isn't living.

I wouldn't think it would make that big of a difference. It's only a few seconds that you rested. It isn't like you let your heart rate go back to normal and then started back up again. I take little rests sometimes if I feel I need to. Some movement is better than no movement and what ever you do it progress.

He can see my account anytime he wants. Actually, I have him look at it to show him where I'm at with this. Besides, it's just a fitness site. I don't have a thing to hide. I would think the only time a person feels a need to hide things is if they are doing something they shouldn't be doing. That is just me though.

I drink unsweetened green tea. It is zero calories and less caffine than regular tea or coffee. It still tastes like tea, but not much different than water with a few benefits to it as well. You can look up the benefits of green tea online.

Unfortunately yes. I hate it. He has to get right up under my hind end and it makes me sweat and I can't sleep when I am hot. He is a cat. That or he feels some need to tuck my legs in at night with the blanket. I have to throw him off the bed when he does that.

I try not to do cheat days if I can help it. I always wish I hadn't done it after I do it. Then I feel bad until I fix what I screwed up.

I eat cheese all the time. If I didn't eat what people tell you that you shouldn't eat because it's bad, I would starve to death. I am going to eat what I like and work around it. I eat swiss and mozerella a lot. I did start stearing clear of american cheese singles.
