It seriously will start coming off. I was in a 5 week plateau and feeling pretty discouraged. I stuck to it, started zig zagging a bit and bam... 2lbs off in the last 2 weeks. awesome. be patient, and just focus on living.

I"m a big fan of the rule: maintenance guy don't come to our building where there are 5 ladies sharing a bathroom to drop your daily post lunch duce. seriously, not cute.

weight watchers sting cheese, activia parfait yogurt, LOTS OF WATER AND TEA (keeps me full), handfull of trail mix, aple at 3 pm every day, and packing my lunch to avoid going out. I don't always pack it, but when I do I feel better on those days. :) I'm managing 1200-1300 cal/day.

i drink 1 cup of green tea a day with nothing other than the green tea leaves. I consider it water. i log it as water.

My ex gave me his old play station 2 for my 21st birthday so he could have room to get the newer one at the time. I don't even play video games.

that's why you do it every other day and not for days at a time. your metabolism wont sink after one day of eating low.

It is very healthy. I normally eat organic meat and fish. I could live off seafood entirely if it weren't so expensive. :)

basically a type of soy bean curd. it takes the flavor of anything it is cooked in. tastes good when cooked over a skillet and then in whatever you are cooking. relatively low in calories. Not very processed, been used for a VERY long time. It has lots of protein. google it to get more.

in the past few months i've started getting acne on my shoulders and chest more than I have ever before. I have always worked out regularly (4 miles running every other day and weights in between). My only geus is that Since I went off the pill 3 months ago my body is going crazy getting back to normal hormone levels.

:) could be good for people. I haven't had fast food in 4 years. If I'm ever in a situation where it's my only option this could be handy.

i definately gain between 2-5 lbs right before and during that time of the month. things are changing now as I just quit the pill, but, I am still gaining. I usually lose it back around the2nd day of my TOM. Don't worry. It's normal and happens to a lot of us! HORMONES ARE CRAZY!

tea is very good for you. I started drinking a cup a day a few months ago and I lost 3 lbs fast. It hydrates and detoxifies. I stopped losing the weight so quickly (telling me it was water weight). But, I have stayed steady and I always feel better after I drink it.

He used to do more, but, since I started watching what i ate he has become reluctant to cook unless I give him the recipe because he is afraid to make something wrong. I have loosened up and he has started cooking more. I just eat a smaller portion and more water with dinner. I'll put in a salad for me as well.

I know how you feel. I started by 'big girl' job about 10 months ago after finished 7 years of school (including Masters Degree). I realized that I started gaining due to my new sedentary professional postion. :)

i splurge one day a week. I don't go crazy but at one meal, but I do indulge in the others. This weekend is a greek fest back home and I will be partaking in baklava, spanicopita, and lotsa wine!

green smoothies (google it). My mother can only eat liquid food due to a muscular neurological disease. she adds protein to this and gets her fruit and veggies and protein in one swoop. the disease prevents her from eating enough to keep muscle. she has maintained on this. In addition to fruit smoothies. the green…

-protein with breakfast (eggs, peanut butter and toast, yougrt, or string cheese type stuff). -small healthy snacks are good! -listen to your body, when it is full, when it is actually hungry etc. -stay away from prepackaged foods and frozen foods (like tv dinners). -Eats your fruit and veggies! -give yourself a cheat day…

i thought I understood it.... now it hit me like a light bulb and I really understand it. heh, I swear I got a masters degree. lol.

I'm the same way. If I don't get at least 4 miles in after work or swim at least an hour at a good pace I feel like I've failed and that I'll wake up a blimp. On days off I freak and end up in a bad mood, even if it was a planned day off.

I don't if she is referring to the fupa. I think she is talking about the lower abs area above where the fupa would form. She's talking about the area just below the belly button and above the pubic area. I hear it's all about water, lower ab exercise, and over cardio to get rid of it. There may alwasy be a small one.…

I eat an apple and string cheese or a chobani yogurt and and apple. It's good stuff and lasts me till dinner time and after my workout.

I'm at 133.5lbs and 5'5". I am trying to go down to 125. I too have been unable to lose much weight. The less you have to lose, then the less you do lose. However, I noticed that if I stick to around 1300/day (before excercising) I seem to be losing inches and not weight. I do run 3-4 times a week (at least 4 miles) and do…

I run at a fitness trail in a city park. It is beautiful and lots of runners are there. Some times I think of how I don't want to seem slow so I speed up and cannot let people see me stop. Sometimes I day dream about various scenarios and fantasies.... like living in olden times and the path is a village and I'm…

I was a buck 5 till I turned 19 and switched from depo to the pill. I also quit aderall for ADHD and started hollistic remedies (such as running and swimming). insecurities, the need to feel superior, the need to bring people down (misery loves company), putting your own issues onto others, and just plain meanness. There def some underlying issues, some that pure weightloss will not solve.

I limit myself to 10 chips w/ salsa, a la cart (like 2 tacos, or 1 depending on my mood). I order water for my drink. I'll also go the fajita route. LOVE mexican food.

plan every meal at first. Allow yourself one day to eat what you want. Bring your lunch to work and leave your money at home (so you are not encredibly tempted to go out). Find something to subsitute your wants that will make you less hungry. Find something to do that will keep your mind off the good food you 'want' to eat…

the average person is supposed to have a BM 2-3 times a day. If it is solid, you're probobly fine. If it's runny, something needs to be checked out. Smell is probobly from veggie intake/fiber. Some veggies (like broccolli) cause more gas than others. Just see which veggies you are taking in and modify based on which cause…
