i have bipolar and I take welbutrin, lamictal, and Zoloft. I lost weight when starting the welbutrin, that is a known side effect. Since I started this cocktail I have felt like a new person, maybe look into that?

LOVE IT... lol. Seriously though, the more water you drink the more you will wean yourself off of the sugar or sugar substitutes. It is an addiction....

i have a 2 1/2 yr old and a 7 month old. I fit it in when I can... I try to get to the gym right after work for 2 nights a week, where I do HIIT workout and lift weights. On the other nights I'll try to fit in anything from a 15 min- 30 min something right after they go to bed or while dinner is in the oven, and my husband…

I'm 6 month post partum. use body scrub on your stretch marks 2x a week and use a moisturizer after the shower (I use bio oil). that will help them heal and dull. At 6 weeks mine were pretty red too.

unless you ate a billion calories you didn't gain fat, it's water. did you eat something with a lot of salt? did you have alcohol? a lot of carbs can make you hold onto water too. My advice, drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it or gulp a lot of water to flush it out.
-
that last 10-15 are the hardest. slip in a few HIIT a week and up water intake.
-
not a rule, it's a guideline or advice. You are what you eat... literally. Picture that. Exercise makes you fit and tones you under your fat, fat loss is your diet. you will lose weight at first with exercise, but, long term you'll gain it back if you don't change what you are eating and how.

1200 is too low. MFP does that automatically, but, all research suggests that women eat no less than 1,400 a day. eat more protein and lower your goals for carbs to 30% of your daily intake. drink lots of water to help your system work right and get up every hour to stretch or something.... do some fitness research. lotsa…

I had 2 c sections

oh and water... lots of water... will help the skin become elastic again. it's needs hydration!

Lindsey Brins CFS method works, (don't do crunches). Planks are best. I'd do pilates if I were you... start easy though. Im 6 months post partum and still working up to it. I'm also taking a belly dancing class. Hulla hooping can whittle that middle. that's how I did it with my first child who is now 2.5 years old. eat…

nope. no quick fixes.

when I go out I take 2 shots of tequila and sip on a glass of wine the rest of the night.

She is now 6 months. I just weaned her from breast feeding. I was so fit before kids, and was almost back to pre preg weight before I got pregnant with baby 2. 2 kids has really put me through the loop. I am on depo, though I'm going on the pill once this 3 months is over, and am on Zoloft. I've heard both can increase…

I just had my second c section 5 months ago... mine is getting better after doing some pelvic floor rebuilding exercises. I ordered Linsey Brine's CFS method (meant for post partum abdominal recovery) and I like it so far. it's a 3 part (7 min per part) and each part lasts 3 weeks to help you rebuild you pelvic floor and…

no, just no.

more cardio is NOT what she needs and more calorie deficit is NOT what she needs. Lift weights, dumb bells, look into it www.hotnfit.com. Women do not get enough protein and do not to enough resistance training. Your body is reacting to the hormone Cortisol and is in fact keeping the muffin in place. Too much cardio can…

big bowl of homemade guacamole and some chips. i ate a heavy lunch and am not that hungry.

what she saying is that if it causes you serious distraction and distress from daily activities and that you feel you will FAIL without doing it, then, it is a disorder. Technically if anyone does ANYTHING that causes such an amount of guilt or distress it is a disorder... check it out in the DSM. true story. Typically an…

pack in higher calorie foods, not quantity (avocados, protein powder in shakes etc). Those are good for you anyway and help out a lot.

You sound EXACTLY LIKE ME! I had my daughter over a year ago and I eat healthy, don't gorge often, exercize, etc. no lbs lost in 8 months. I heard that when pregnant you lose a lot of muscle due to inactivity (in my case due to preeclampsia), so aparently lifting weights and cutting cardio in half may work. (i'm a runner…
