Amen! I'm still working on that. Morning workouts got to be very trying as I was so wiped out and it was so difficult to get out of bed. Have increased my protein intake and I'm noticeably not as tired. I'd much rather do my workouts in the morning so I have the benefit of the burned calories to start my day with. :smile:

I agree. I've had my Nike+ FuelBand for about 3 months. Love the iPhone app and the band really is motivating to me. I know the calorie burn isn't as accurate as HRM, but definitely better than nothing at all. cmwilson21, my screen name on Nike+ is shuga.cube if you'd care to add me.

Welcome aboard! I weigh once a week, on Fridays. I figure I'm working hard and staying strong on weekdays so Friday morning is the best time to see the fruits of my labor. :smile: Especially since I usually reward myself a little on weekends.
