I find that I'm touching myself more, now that I've lost 26 lbs... but not in the way that you are talking about. For me, I find that I have an improved libido that comes with the weight loss and more active lifestyle. It's a pleasant surprise, so I'm not complaining. Now I just need a boyfriend.... ;-)

You need to eat a minimum of 1,200/day calories to be healthy. Sounds like you may have an eating disorder.... seek professional help immediately. Bless.

You could do Yoga for about 30 mins/day and get a decent workout at home... or anywhere, really. All you need is a Yoga mat.

You are NOT weak! I believe that everybody is allowed a "cheat day" (within reason- don't eat everything that's in the fridge in one sitting).... please stop beating yourself up about it. Don't quit, you can do it!!!! I gave up.. and this is why I am back here again, weighing a lot more than I should. **I lost 72 lbs…

I quit smoking back in 2002 and never looked back.... cold turkey basically, and I chewed a little nicotine gum in the beginning until I eventually lost the desire to smoke completely.

I only drink a protein shake for breakfast and I feel great! I typically have a lean cuisine or smart ones for lunch and then a sensible dinner at home.

I've had a couple of weeks where I didn't lose any weight.... but then I've had other weeks that made up for it. Now, the weight is coming off pretty fast with a decrease in daily calories and increase in exercise. Don't be discouraged, keep on keeping on! It gets better. ;-)
