20 to 27 minutes of general circuit training.. depending o nif you count your cool down or not! i count mine.... i'm still sweating and panting.. so im counting it!

I had a HUGE wrap last night for supper from coffee lodge. hummus, tons of lettuce, sundried tomatoes and cucumbers. 300 calories and i was stuffed!!! hummus is an EXCELLENT source of protein and is low calorie....!!!

try jillians videos. .from before and after pics on here it seems to work.. if you look at threads about the 30 day shred you can see those pics.... good luck.. still looking for the abs i left behind in the labour room too.. and that last visit was 16 years ago!!!!

apple with pb.. (low fat, low sodium).. just cut slices and spread on the apple. people at work thought i was crazy but its so yummy and filing!

i decide if im gonna run for the day or shred (30 day) and then log it in before my day begins so that im committed to it!!! like someone else said..i dont want to erase it so i'm committed to doing it!

use weights or soup cans.. the more muscles you use, the more parts of you get toned! she explains that in the video....

not a suggestion really, but i'm not banking on 10 days per level... i move to the next level when i can comfortably do the levels. took about 12 days to do level 1 and is taking about 20 ... (I have an arm injury so planks are killer).... hope once i get all the levels down, i can start again and do 10 day intervals..…

on about day 40 of the thirty day shred.. took me about 15 days to nail the first level, a little longer to nail the planks in level 2.. but i LOVE it.. only change so far is not weight loss, but clothes fit differently, stomach flatter.. still flabby but flatter... stillworking away at it.. love that its only 27 min long!
