legs feel like lead

dental work done today and i'm STARVING
for the last 3 days waiting to have the dental work done, i ate yogurt, chicken noodle soup with mushy crackers in it and ice cream now the work is done, freezing is wearing off,,, what can i eat??? i'm starving but still can't move my jaw!! any creative and low fat (nomore ice cream)... ideas?????

cutting the lawn
ok tis the season at least here in canada, the snow is all gone, i just spent an hour pushing a gas-operated lawn mower over our rough terrain... how can i log this as exercise.. i feel like i got a better work out than an hour at the gym... so it must count for something!

frustrated beyond belief
ok it's been since jan 08 that i've been trying to lose 10 pounds.... weighed in today at 2 pounds more than i started at, and the measurements have not changed.. maybe time for a personal trainer.!??? what else can i do...i eat fruits, veggies and health food, bike, walk, workout, crunches... water water water water......

last 10 pounds
