I have permanent nerve damage in left shoulder. i am doing th jillian michaels 30 day shred but find myleft side cant support my weight long when doing the plank stuff..
i found a ledge about afoot off the floor that i can put my hands on to do planks and it seems to ease the pain...
am i wasting my plank time by raising my arms and shoulders a foot off the ground? what else can you recommend.
also - when i do the windmills in her workout my left arm/shoulder pops and snaps like crazy .. is that a bad sign or ok to keep going, doenst hurt, just noisy
