ok so i searched on here and found some excellent suggestions for workout music.
i have another that not only gives me motivation but makes me chuckle at the same time

"STACEY'S MOM"..... don't remember who it's by, but it's a great motivator...

my daughter's name is Sydney so whereever it sings stacey, i sing along with """Sydneys mom has got it going on""""" lol

have fun with it!

I hooked up my mp3 to the surround sound the other weekend and was listening to Muse while I worked out on the trampoline. I must have been REALLY going at it because I broke the trampoline!

I love the song by Fountains of Wayne called "Denise". It came out before "Stacey's Mom", and is even better in my opinion.

I LOVE my MP3 player and all the random songs on it. I have 10 cardio playlists that I have made for myself that have everything from Prince to Rage Against the Machine . Here are some of my favorites:

How Far We've Come - Matchbox Twenty
Nutbush City Limits - Tina Turner
    Misery Business - Paramore
    B.O.B. - Outcast
    Fighter - Christina Aguilera

I organized my lists so that I start with a level 1 song (warm up) and vary between level 2 (jog) and level three (sprint) and then I end on level 1 again for my cool down. I love to cool down to Mary J. Blige. Her music is so empowering!

I LOVE Mary J Blige......(singing) "I won't change my life, my life's just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, Woo"
