I eat 700grams of Carbs a day. Don’t blame Carbs.

I stopped cheating years ago and prefer to be flexible with my intake. I treat my calories as a weekly total instead of daily. If I exceed my daily total Monday, I’ll compensate for that over the next couple of days. I find excess Carbs are easiest to bounce back from. Plus high potassium foods like bananas and coconut…

I would 'reverse diet'. Increase Carbs and Fats ever so slightly each week and monitor your weight. Until you gain around a pound or two each month. Slow steady weight gain. Hit the big 4 in the gym and go heavy.

Do you incorporate refeed days, as funny as it sounds it has helped me to consistently lose bodyfat over 25 weeks. Plus HIIT?

I'd honestly have whatever I liked. It's a Christmas party. There are only a handful of special occasions throughout the year. I have a refeed day every Sunday where my daily intake is more than double. Hasn't affected my weightloss and it has kept me sane, focused and driven. Have fun.
